In the summer drought of last season, one would not notice as much of the condition of our yard because everyone elses' lawn was dead, too. But when the winter rains began to help things grow again - our yard became a weed haven and trying to keep up with it seemed almost impossible.
Thankfully, the Good Lord provided the funds for us to make some much needed updates to the landscaping on our property. We were able to remove all of the weeds, add in new drought tolerant plants, put down some mulch, and even upgrade our sprinkler system.
We have plans to do some more things in the future, but for now we have a good foundation and a clean property that looks very nice and inviting. Even some of our neighbors have noticed - please pray that this could be a way to reach out to our neighbors and invite them to come visit the church!
